Mind's Eye: Secrets Of The Forgotten is a hidden-object game in which you are a journalist who wants to discover the truth behind a suicide. The game has a strong and eerie plot that is definitely not intended for kids. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations playing hidden-object games as you follow the story.
The scenes are very well created and have a unique scrolling perspective that make the game even more attractive. The objects are perfectly camouflaged with the scene, so some of them are not so easy to find. Some of the objects are placed in your inventory for later use or to discover hidden places where you can also find objects of the list. If you have trouble finding an object, you can resort to the hints, which are unlimited, but take some to recharge. Unfortunately, there's only one mode, in which you are told the story as you play. What is more, the game isn't timed and there are no penalties for continuous wrong clicks, which makes the game not really challenging. However, there are also enjoyable mini-games that appear from time to time which cut the atmosphere of the game and add some variety.
In short, Mind's Eye: Secrets Of The Forgotten is an interesting hidden-object game with a creepy story and good graphics that definitely deserves a try.
